Döküm

Koneks, which attaches importance to raw material quality, begins the first phase of production by melting aluminum ingots supplied by the world's highest quality aluminum producers. The melted raw materials are subject to analysis and modifications determined in the quality procedure.

İşleme

Processes such as machining, coating, honing and assembly are applied to the drafts coming from the casting units to the processing unit, depending on the product type. In addition to being shaped with precision machining operations in modern CNC units, the drafts are subjected to state-of-the-art oval turning and special pin hole processing operations.

Üretim

Koneks applies the surface coatings of the pistons and liners it produces according to the thermal stress distributions, taking into account the product type. The coating types we apply in our coating unit are; PrintScreen, Nitriding-Oxidation, Manganese Phosphate, Anodizing, Tin and Iron Phosphate coatings and Graphite painting.
